I opened my first real estate office in San Cristóbal in 2016. In 2022 I reached Caracas, and in 2026 I opened the third, in Lechería. Today about one hundred agents work with one method.

I come from finance: I hold a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica del Táchira and worked at a brokerage firm before I entered real estate. The habit stuck: I measure everything.

The system I built

I didn’t buy my offices’ software: I built it with artificial intelligence. Today it does this for us:

Checks every legal file before signing.
Recruits and supports new agents.
Trains the team with our own academy.
Puts each office’s numbers on screens, every half hour.
